By accessing or using MVP-IQ ("the Service"), operated at mvp-iq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MVP-IQ is a mentoring and feedback platform that connects athletes with professional mentors for video feedback, one-on-one coaching sessions, and educational content. The Service includes booking tools, video submission, payment processing, and communication features.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- All session fees are due at the time of booking.
- If a mentor cancels a session, you will receive a session credit that can be used to rebook at no additional cost.
- Refund requests for other circumstances should be directed to support@mvp-iq.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Share your account credentials with third parties
6. Content Ownership
- Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you submit (videos, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display it for the purpose of providing the Service.
- Mentor Feedback: Feedback provided by mentors is for your personal use and development. You may not redistribute, publish, or commercially use mentor feedback without permission.
- Our Content: All MVP-IQ branding, design, and proprietary materials are owned by us and may not be used without permission.
7. Session Policies
- Sessions are scheduled based on mentor availability and are confirmed upon payment.
- Meeting links are generated automatically via Google Meet.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
- Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MVP-IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or anticipated savings.
9. Disclaimer
MVP-IQ is a platform that connects users with mentors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from mentoring sessions or feedback. The advice and feedback provided by mentors represent their professional opinions and should not be considered a substitute for certified coaching or medical advice.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
